Can I cancel my membership at any time?
Yes — there are no contracts and no cancellation fees. Memberships run month-to-month through Stripe. You can cancel from your billing portal or by calling (813) 981-7872 at any time. Your final month runs to its paid-through date.
What happens if I need to reschedule a month?
Life happens. All plans include flexible rescheduling with 24 hours notice — just call or text us. Members get priority on the new slot. If you skip a month entirely without rescheduling, that month is forfeited (like a gym membership).
Are the prices the same for SUVs, trucks, and vans?
The listed prices cover sedans, coupes, and compact SUVs. Full-size SUVs, pickup trucks, lifted trucks, and vans carry a slight monthly upcharge ranging from $20 to $40 depending on size. We confirm your exact rate at signup based on your vehicle — no surprises later.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes, at any time. If you're starting with the Wash Club and realize you want the interior work too, upgrade to Detail Club with a single email. Going the other direction works the same way. Changes take effect on the next billing cycle.
When is my card charged?
The first charge happens at signup through Stripe. After that, your card is charged on the same day each month, automatically. You'll get an email receipt every month, and you can view all past invoices through the Stripe billing portal linked in your welcome email.
Which cities does the membership cover?
All of our core service areas: Tampa (including Ybor, Hyde Park, Davis Islands, New Tampa, Carrollwood, Westchase, South Tampa), Brandon, Valrico (including FishHawk and Lithia), South Tampa, Riverview, and Wesley Chapel. If you're near but outside this zone, call us — we often accommodate with a small travel adjustment.
What is the free add-on included with VIP Club?
One add-on service per month, your choice: engine bay detailing, ozone odor treatment, headlight restoration, pet hair deep removal, premium tire shine, light scratch removal, or clay bar treatment. Pick a different one every month if you want — or stack the same one if that's what your car needs.
Can you detail at my office, apartment, or condo?
Yes. We're fully mobile and fully insured for residential and commercial properties. Office parking lots, apartment complexes, condo garages, HOA driveways — we've worked in all of them across Tampa Bay. If your property requires advance notice or a COI, tell us at signup.
How long does a member appointment take?
Wash Club visits run about 1 to 1.5 hours. Detail Club visits run 2 to 3 hours (interior extraction takes time). VIP Club full details run 4 to 6 hours. We schedule accordingly and confirm the time window with you the day before.
Do members get priority over walk-in bookings?
Yes. That's one of the core membership benefits — members book before we open slots to the public, and VIP Club members get same-day priority when available. During busy seasons (spring lovebugs, post-summer), this matters a lot.
